What are my voting rights in the condominium association?

Each unit is entitled to one (1) membership vote.

What restrictions exist in the condominium documents on my right to use my unit?

Units may be used for residential purpose only. Pursuant to the Declaration of Condominium, there are also rules that restrict pets/animals, and parking within the community.

How much are my assessments to the condominium association for my unit type and when are they due?

What restrictions exist in the rules & regulations regarding guests?

The rules and regulations of the Association contain restrictions regarding both "occupants" and "guests". Guests and occupants must properly register with the Association; may reside in a unit for limited periods of time, and must follow the Association rules regarding behavior and the use of community's facilities.

What restrictions exist in the condominium document on the leasing of my unit? 

Leases must be approved by the Board of Directors; the Board may charge a transfer fee as permitted by Chapter 718  of the Florida Statues; subleases are prohibited; units may be leased not more than two (2) per calendar year; and each lease term may be for no less than ninety (90) days.

Do I have to be a member in any other association?  If so, what is the name of the association and what are my voting rights in this association?  Also, how much are my assessments?

Am I required to pay rent or land use fees for recreational or other commonly used facilities?  If so, how much am I obligated to pay annually? 

No

Is the condominium association or other mandatory membership association involved in any court cases in which it may face liability in excess of $100,000?  If so, identify each such case.

Is the condominium created within a portion of a building or within a multiple parcel building? 

No
